Hun Manet Engages in Diplomatic Visit with Sultan Ibrahim of Malaysia

Phnom Penh: Prime Minister Hun Manet of the Kingdom of Cambodia recently made an official visit to Malaysia, where he was received by King Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar, the 17th King of Malaysia. This significant meeting underscores the diplomatic relations and cooperative progression between the two nations.

During the visit, King Sultan Ibrahim expressed his appreciation for Prime Minister Manet's gesture, acknowledging it as a testament to the growing relationship between Malaysia and Cambodia. He conveyed his regards to King Norodom Sihamoni of Cambodia and Hun Sen, the nation's former Prime Minister, highlighting the importance of continued diplomatic engagements between their countries.

Prime Minister Manet extended his profound gratitude to Sultan Ibrahim for the opportunity to discuss bilateral ties and shared his respects on behalf of King Norodom Sihamoni. The dialogue between the leaders also covered the recent developments in Cambodia, including the outcomes of the 5th Senate election, showcasing the country's commitment to democratic processes.
